Excalibur prides itself on service quality and customer relationships. This can be seen by the fact that a majority of our original customer base from 1998 are still with us today. We feel this is because both our owner operators and our large multi-national fleet accounts receive the same tailored service to suit their individual needs backed up by reliability and satisfaction.

Even when our customers take up leasing agreements and contracts, they insist on having their damage repairs carried out at our workshops and return to us for servicing as soon as the contracts allow. Regular meetings or informal discussions are held between our senior management and our customers to ensure all contracts are running smoothly and any changes requested are implemented as swiftly as possible.

Providing help with "O" licenses and letters of intent, is only part of the additional services we offer. In the past, our experienced management team have acted as consultants on behalf of customers when dealing with disputes between other parties. Our reputation in the industry has led to rental companies hiring our services to conduct last minute new on-fleet or return inspection and condition reports. As our customers grow, we are more than happy to work with them on drawing up new specifications and custom design updates, before implementing them. Our flexibility is one of our major strengths, which for busy customers can be an invaluable aid in today's modern market place.
